The plank pose is one of the most effective yoga postures for building core strength, enhancing balance, and improving posture. It’s simple, accessible, and doesn’t require any equipment—just your body and a bit of determination. Here are just a few reasons why planking daily could be a game-changer for your health:

The Benefits of Plank Pose

  • Full-Body Workout: Engages your shoulders, arms, back, legs, and glutes for total-body toning.

How the Challenge Works
