New Style, Same Mission: A Message from Our Founder

Bull Dawg was founded in 2007 as an athletic training business and then expanded into physical therapy in 2010; at the same time, our son would accompany us to work in his infant carrier.

Kenny’s passion for yoga and my medical training allowed us to envision a practice where people come for total wellness. We focus on rehabilitation, of course, but also on interventions that keep people healthy and prevent physical decline or injury. We want to teach people that movement, physical therapy, and healthy living are essential cornerstones to a fulfilling life.

As our business matured and we found our footing and success in our mission, we have proactively expanded our team to bring in even more areas of specialization like Pilates, pre/postnatal health, personal training, and sports massage.

“Little Kenny,” as we call our son, is now on his way to 6’, with loads of muscle and athletic prowess. Our patients have watched him grow up as he spends time here after school or between his own sports training and practices. Over the years, of course, his style has matured. So too has the business.

As we reflect on our own business journey since our founding, we decided it was time to refresh the Bull Dawg brand to reflect our vision for our future.

While our look may be fresh and new, our commitment to our clients’ whole well-being has not changed. As we look to the future, it is not to change the essence of who we are and our approach to patient success. We will continue to grow through our commitment to ongoing training in the many interventions that we know work. We will always be hands-on, specialized, and individualized in our approach. That has always been and will always be what makes Bull Dawg special.
